Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

Junso provides an AI-powered service for creating images and video advertisements from product media. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit or use the service.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide or generate while using Junso, including:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and Google profile details if you choose Google sign-in.
  • Content such as prompts, chat messages, product photos, reference media, voice recordings submitted for transcription, and the images or videos generated for you.
  • Subscription, plan, referral, and usage information. Stripe processes payment-card details; Junso receives billing and subscription identifiers rather than your complete card number.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, cookies, and security events collected by us or our hosting providers.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve Junso.
  • Authenticate accounts and preserve conversations, uploads, and generated media.
  • Process image, video, agent, and speech-transcription requests.
  • Manage subscriptions, plan limits, referrals, billing, and customer support.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, we process this information to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.

3. AI and service providers

Junso uses service providers to run the product. Information is shared only as needed to perform their function. These providers may include Vercel for hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, Cloudflare for storage and network services, Google for sign-in and Gemini generation, Stripe for billing, Anthropic for agent responses, Replicate and Kling for media generation, and xAI for speech transcription.

Prompts, uploads, and related instructions may be sent to the provider selected to complete a generation or transcription request. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the service, remember a referral where applicable, and understand basic service operation. A referral cookie may remain for up to 90 days. Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, and other providers may use their own cookies when you interact with their services.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and user content while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, and maintain backups. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support@junso.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Junso and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable transfer protections.

8. Children

Junso is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.

Junso is the operator responsible for this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@junso.app.
