Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Junso uses artificial intelligence and third-party providers to create text, images, and videos. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, advertising, or relying on them.

Creator images, videos, and other marketing demonstrations may be AI-generated and are illustrative examples. They are not verified customer endorsements, earnings claims, or guarantees of performance.

Generation times and availability are estimates. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as providers, safety requirements, or product capabilities change.

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. You grant Junso a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted products, people, music, trademarks, images, and other material. You are responsible for how you use generated output and for complying with platform, advertising, intellectual-property, and disclosure rules.

You may not use Junso to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or create fraudulent or deceptive advertising.
• Impersonate a person or organization, fabricate endorsements, or misrepresent results.
• Create sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, or harmful content involving minors.
• Upload malware, disrupt the service, probe security, or access another user’s account or content.
• Circumvent plan limits, abuse automated access, resell access without permission, or reverse engineer the service.

We may block content or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules.

Paid plans include the generation limits shown at checkout or in the billing page. Limits reset according to the stated billing period and generally do not roll over. The free plan is a limited trial allowance.

Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing page; cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current billing period. Plan changes and any proration are shown through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where stated at checkout or required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice. Taxes may be added where required.

The service, software, site design, branding, documentation, and other Junso materials are owned by Junso or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, source code, or proprietary technology except the limited right to use the service.

Junso depends on third-party AI, hosting, storage, authentication, transcription, and payment services. Their terms may also apply to your use of their features. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junso is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee advertising approval, platform acceptance, audience reach, sales, revenue, or other commercial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Junso during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be limited by these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or where continuing the service is no longer practical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated when required, and continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
